About the Role
This position is responsible for leading strategic alliances that accelerate business growth, enhance product offerings, and extend market reach through strong collaboration with key external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic alliance plans with key technology and service providers
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end relationship lifecycle with alliance partners
- Collaborate with marketing to design co-branded campaigns and demand generation activities
- Work closely with sales teams to drive joint customer acquisition
- Track and report on partnership performance using defined KPIs
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
- Coordinate joint training programs for partner sales and technical teams
- Support integration efforts between platforms and services
- Act as primary point of contact for strategic partners
- Develop joint business plans with partner organizations
- Align internal stakeholders around partnership goals and activities
- Monitor market trends to identify new alliance opportunities
- Ensure partner enablement through documentation and tools
- Drive revenue growth through partner-led channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner ecosystems
- Facilitate regular business reviews with alliance partners
- Support product teams in understanding partner technology integrations
- Advocate for partner needs within the organization
- Contribute to long-term partnership strategy development
- Manage partner onboarding and engagement processes
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations on both sides
- Leverage data to optimize partnership performance
- Represent the organization at industry events and partner forums
