AuditBoard seeks a Senior Alliances Manager responsible for recruiting, managing, and enabling our most strategic partners. You will build and shape a solid partner ecosystem to drive revenue and product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Assist partner and sales leadership in guiding the partner experience and Go-To-Market Strategy.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline, and partner acquisition targets.
- Build, guide, and shape a partner ecosystem that generates a consistent funnel of opportunities.
- Activate and enable net new contacts within current global alliance partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of partners’ business strategy and align AuditBoard growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners to set measurable strategic goals and drive success against them.
- Develop a strategy to build awareness and adoption of the AuditBoard platform with strategic partners.
- Increase partner-driven sales by creating a territory strategy with Regional Account Executives and Sales Leaders.
- Design and run activities like Quarterly Business Reviews, joint account mapping, and pipeline reviews.
- Plan and execute, with Marketing, activities and events to generate business in the region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives at assigned partner organizations.
- Support sales activities such as webcasts, roadshows, and contract negotiations.
- Work effectively across the organization to drive partner initiatives and report results to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of demonstrated sales and channel success, working with managed service providers, System Integrators, or Value Added Resellers.
- Proven track record as a key stakeholder in building partner programs, ecosystems, and Go-To-Market strategies.
- Strong networking, business development, and influencing skills to build commitment across organizations.
- Experience influencing others, both externally and internally, and building consensus across functional groups.
- Effectiveness in matrix environments, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to take calculated risks.
