Lockheed Martin Canada is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a cross-functional team tackling the most complex challenges in the Space domain. Your work will directly support national security by leveraging advanced AI/ML tools and techniques.
What You'll Do
- Leverage advanced AI/ML tools and techniques to tackle complex challenges in the Space domain in support of national security.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, drive innovation, and contribute to the development of solutions for critical problems.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Advanced experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or Image Processing.
- Experience with modern software development tools and practices.
- TS/SCI w/poly clearance required to start.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in a STEM discipline.
- Proficiency in one or more of: Python, Java, C++, C#, or MATLAB.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with RF, SAR, or EO image processing algorithms/techniques.
- Experience with AWS or another cloud computing platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $108,800 - $191,820 (CA, MA, NY excluding most major metros, CO, HI, IL, MD, MN, NJ, VT, WA, DC) or $125,100 - $216,890 (most major metros in CA, MA, NY). Salary for other states reflects final work location.
