Node.Digital is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to serve as the architect and guardian of intelligent automation solutions. You will incorporate generative AI and machine learning technologies to ensure operational efficiency and drive the continuous refinement of integrated solutions.

What You'll Do

Design and implement generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, foundation models, and RAG architectures
Build repeatable intelligent solutions for document processing and data cleansing
Develop and deploy scalable ML/AI models on AWS infrastructure
Create API endpoints and integrations for AI/ML services
Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities across business functions
Focus on building generative AI applications with embedded intelligence to support continuous improvement and augmented decision-making
Design, maintain, and optimize intelligent automation solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

What We're Looking For

Overall experience of 6-10 years in application/framework development
Minimum 5+ years in AI/ML-based solution development with a strong focus on generative AI applications
Hands-on experience with AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, S3, SageMaker, CDK, Lambda, and other AI/ML services
Experience with generative AI models and frameworks (LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning)
Hands-on experience with OCR, ICR, and OMR technologies
Good programming knowledge in Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)
Good understanding of Document Processing, classification, and data extraction
Knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Generative AI
Hands-on Web application/APIs Development experience
Proficiency in asynchronous/multi-threaded programming
Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, complexity, optimization, caching, and security
Experience with JSON, SOAP, REST, XML, XHTML, XSD, and XSLT
Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and Database concepts
Experience with databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
Experience working with a toolchain that includes TFS, SVN, Git
Involvement in different phases of SDLC and good working exposure to different SDLCs like Agile Methodologies
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering roles with a focus on AI/ML integrations and generative AI application development

Nice to Have

Experience with NoSQL databases and vector databases (for RAG implementations)
Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture patterns and serverless computing
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and modern web development
UiPath RPA Developer Certification and UiPath AI Center Experience
Knowledge of chatbot development and conversational AI
Experience with AWS Bedrock Agents and Guardrails
Familiarity with model distillation and prompt optimization techniques
Understanding of responsible AI practices and AI security
