As the Senior AI Platform Sales Specialist, you will lead technical go-to-market initiatives for Red Hat's AI offerings across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on Riyadh and the broader MEA territory. Your role centers on enabling sales teams with deep technical expertise in Data Science, machine learning, and Generative AI platforms, ensuring clients adopt solutions that align with their strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Advise internal sales teams and external customers on implementing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, emphasizing practical use cases and measurable outcomes
- Act as a technical liaison between product development, engineering, and regional sales leadership to ensure alignment on AI platform capabilities and market needs
- Lead technical responses in competitive sales scenarios, applying deep knowledge of predictive analytics, model deployment, and full-stack AI tooling
- Facilitate joint go-to-market strategies with cloud providers and third-party partners to expand market reach and drive co-selling opportunities
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product teams to influence roadmap decisions and close capability gaps
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to enterprise stakeholders, showcasing the value of Red Hat’s AI portfolio
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, Predictive Analytics, or Generative AI development workflows
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, vector databases, feature stores, embedding models, and ETL systems
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and full lifecycle application deployment tools including CI/CD, source control, testing, monitoring, and configuration management
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and enterprise software delivery pipelines
- Executive-level communication skills in both Arabic and English, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in the Challenger Sales Model and a track record of influencing complex sales cycles
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the MEA region
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree combined with an MBA or equivalent business experience
- Background in technical sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles within AI or cloud infrastructure
- Established relationships with cloud provider account teams or industry partners
- Experience leading software delivery teams or consulting on enterprise AI implementations
- Prior work with hyperscalers or within partner ecosystems in technical or sales roles
