Equip Health is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the strategic implementation of AI technologies across our business operations. This role is central to driving automation and increasing employee productivity by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions that streamline manual workflows.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute on high-ROI opportunities for AI-driven process optimization.
Rapidly prototype, iterate on, and deploy internal AI tools and systems that enhance employee productivity.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI systems, continuously improving reliability, scalability, and impact.
Define and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical standards, and internal security protocols.
Develop and lead change management strategies to drive adoption of AI solutions across teams.
Build and share internal expertise through documentation, tooling standards, and knowledge transfer.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering or digital transformation.
Minimum 2+ years focused on AI/ML or automation implementation.
Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern AI/ML frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and deploying secure, scalable AI systems.
Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with data pipeline development and integration into enterprise systems.
Understanding of business process optimization and organizational change management.
