Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI and machine learning systems

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI requirements
- Implement data pipelines for training and inference
- Monitor model performance and iterate on improvements
- Ensure AI solutions align with security and compliance standards
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AI workflows
- Stay current with advancements in AI research and tools
- Document system designs and technical decisions
- Support deployment and scaling of AI services
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful patterns
- Integrate AI features into existing software products
- Evaluate third-party AI tools and APIs
- Mentor junior engineers on AI best practices
- Participate in sprint planning and technical standups
- Contribute to architectural discussions and roadmaps
- Optimize inference latency and resource usage
- Apply natural language processing techniques where applicable
- Ensure ethical use of AI and bias mitigation
- Collaborate on A/B testing for AI features
- Support customer-facing teams with technical insights
- Contribute to open-source AI projects when possible
- Maintain system reliability and uptime
- Assist in defining success metrics for AI initiatives
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical field
