Responsibilities

  • Lead agile transformation initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Mentor and coach teams in agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum and Kanban.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement agile solutions.
  • Provide guidance on agile metrics and reporting to track progress and success.
  • Support the development of agile leadership and coaching skills within the organization.
  • Work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure alignment with agile values.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of agile artifacts, such as backlogs and sprint plans.
  • Conduct regular retrospectives to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
  • Advise on the implementation of agile tools and technologies to support agile processes.
  • Facilitate the resolution of impediments and conflicts within agile teams.
  • Ensure that agile practices are aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Provide feedback and support to agile teams to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and agile practitioners to share best practices and knowledge.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of agile frameworks and processes.
  • Support the integration of agile practices into the organization's overall development process.
  • Facilitate the adoption of agile practices across different departments and teams.
  • Provide guidance on agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • Conduct agile assessments to evaluate the maturity and effectiveness of agile practices.
  • Support the development of agile coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Facilitate the creation of agile roadmaps and release plans.
  • Provide guidance on agile portfolio management and prioritization.
  • Assist in the development of agile governance and compliance frameworks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a similar role within a software development or technology company.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies beyond Scrum and Kanban, such as XP or Lean.
  • Experience in working with remote or distributed agile teams.
  • Knowledge of agile project management tools, such as Azure DevOps or GitLab.
  • Experience in conducting agile coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Familiarity with agile portfolio management and prioritization techniques.
  • Experience in facilitating the resolution of conflicts and impediments within agile teams.
  • Knowledge of agile governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting agile assessments to evaluate the maturity and effectiveness of agile practices.
  • Familiarity with agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • Experience in facilitating the creation of agile roadmaps and release plans.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, with a strong background in agile methodologies.
  • Certification in agile coaching, such as Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent.
  • Experience with agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • Strong knowledge of agile tools and technologies, such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience in conducting agile assessments and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to mentor and coach teams in agile practices and principles.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions on agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve impediments.
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to drive agile transformation initiatives.
