Responsibilities

Your profile
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, with a strong background in agile methodologies.
- Certification in agile coaching, such as Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent.
- Experience with agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe or LeSS.
- Strong knowledge of agile tools and technologies, such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Experience in conducting agile assessments and providing actionable recommendations.
- Ability to mentor and coach teams in agile practices and principles.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions on agile methodologies.
