About the Role
This position leads the development and execution of paid media strategies for clients, ensuring performance goals are met through analytical planning and ongoing optimization across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive paid media strategies for client portfolios
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media plans with broader marketing objectives
- Manage day-to-day account operations and ensure timely delivery of campaign milestones
- Optimize digital ad spend across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media channels
- Develop audience targeting strategies using first- and third-party data insights
- Produce performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Monitor industry developments and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage
- Guide clients through shifts in digital advertising trends and algorithm changes
- Maintain compliance with advertising policies across all platforms
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Forecast campaign performance and set realistic client expectations
- Identify upsell opportunities while ensuring alignment with client goals
- Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and clarity
- Ensure all strategies adhere to budget constraints and performance KPIs
