About the Role
This role supports patient onboarding by managing registration, scheduling, and communication in a remote call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and rescheduling for both new and current patients.
- Collect and communicate essential patient details including identification, medical history, insurance information, and clinic policies.
- Manage incoming calls from healthcare professionals, assess needs, and coordinate next steps efficiently.
- Initiate follow-up phone calls and emails to prospective patients to support onboarding and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in office administration.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- High attention to detail when managing patient records and administrative tasks.
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Must have dependable high-speed internet access and a backup internet solution for uninterrupted remote work.
Nice to Have
- One year of experience in a call center or high-volume phone environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications is an advantage.

- Available shifts: Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, or 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Saturday–Wednesday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, or 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM; Thursday–Monday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM, or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM; Saturday–Wednesday 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the Nashville office to qualify for full remote work.
- Hiring is currently limited to select U.S. states due to legal and tax requirements.
