Intermate Media GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maximizing customer satisfaction and growth through focused performance and e-commerce marketing. You will act as the primary strategic partner for our clients, steering complex campaigns and developing sustainable growth plans.
What You'll Do
- Ensure maximum satisfaction and drive continuous growth for your portfolio of clients.
- Act as the main contact and consultant for performance clients, providing strategic ideas and solutions.
- Plan, steer, and control complex projects and marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Advise clients as a trusted partner on optimization potential in both strategy and operational implementation.
- Deeply understand the business models and needs of new clients to grasp their specific challenges and goals.
- Develop innovative and demanding omni-channel and growth strategies to sustainably scale clients' businesses.
- Support new business efforts by creating offers, participating in pitch calls, and closing deals, including up-selling and cross-selling.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, successfully leading complex projects from planning to profitable implementation.
- Deep knowledge of eCommerce and D2C business models as well as performance marketing strategies and tools.
- Data-driven thinking in project management, teamwork, and creative decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for client consulting, negotiations, managing crisis situations, and steering internal processes.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop growth strategies and make data-based decisions.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to build long-term, trusting relationships.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
- An affinity for New Business & Sales topics.
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
