AUTO1 Group is hiring a Senior Account Manager B2B to own the management and expansion of our B2B customer relationships, focusing on driving revenue from used car sales. You will be the key point of contact for developing partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key B2B customers with a focus on selling used cars.
- Manage a portfolio of dealers consisting of both cold and warm leads.
- Continuously oversee the development of sales structures within B2B Sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor customer performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics and report on them.
- Solve problems proactively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Long-term experience in telesales.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.
- Ability to competently and confidently support German-speaking customers.
