About the Role
This position leads the management of major client accounts in the warehousing and contract logistics sector, focusing on service expansion, performance delivery, and long-term partnership growth through coordinated internal collaboration and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement for warehousing and contract logistics portfolios
- Develop long-term strategies to expand service offerings with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements
- Monitor account performance against financial and operational targets
- Serve as primary point of contact for client escalations
- Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery excellence
- Drive adoption of value-added services and technology solutions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client supply chain needs
- Manage forecasting and revenue planning for assigned accounts
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards
- Support RFP responses and renewal initiatives
- Facilitate onboarding of new services or facilities
- Track market trends and competitive dynamics
- Promote client retention through proactive relationship management
- Align internal resources to meet client-specific objectives
- Report on key performance indicators and service metrics
- Foster collaboration between sales, operations, and finance teams
