The Nielsen Company is looking for a Senior Account Executive II to manage key client accounts by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions. In this role, you will be recognized for your deep expertise, solving complex problems, and guiding project teams or functional processes. What You'll Do

  • Manage client accounts by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices.
  • Solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
  • Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
  • May lead functional teams or projects.
  • Serve as a local internal subsidiary director to represent the entity in country for employees outside India and the United States, with corporate support.

What We're Looking For

  • 10-15 years of recognized expertise in a specific area.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Lead others to solve complex problems; use analytical thinking, tools, and judgement to identify innovative solutions.
  • Communicate complex concepts; anticipate potential objections and influence others to adopt a different point of view.
  • Depth and/or breadth of expertise in your own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas.
  • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives; work guided by department objectives.

  • Advanced degree or specialized certifications strongly preferred.
