Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, hunt, and convert new business opportunities across Australia, leveraging your network, industry expertise, and strategic prospecting.
- Own and drive the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting through to close, across Mid-Market accounts.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, and Strategy to execute agreements.
- Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality pipeline, while contributing to the definition and evolution of sales best practices for the Australian business.
- Act as a 2IC to the Sales Manager, providing leadership support, stepping in where required, and helping drive team performance and accountability.
- Mentor and coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), supporting their progression, prospecting effectiveness, and conversion into pipeline.
- Take on a broader mentorship role within the sales team, sharing best practices, contributing to onboarding, and uplifting capability across peers and junior team members.
- Act as a role model for sales excellence, setting the standard across deal execution, customer engagement, and internal collaboration.

- Proven success in tech sales, with a strong track record of consistently exceeding quotas and driving new business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, with the maturity and leadership capability to influence team outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from operators to senior executives.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience navigating complex sales cycles.
