About the Role

This role leads the design and development of semiconductor solutions tailored for data center applications, ensuring alignment with performance, power, and scalability requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of semiconductor engineers focused on data center technologies
  • Define architecture and specifications for next-generation chips
  • Collaborate with systems and firmware teams to integrate hardware solutions
  • Drive design from concept through tape-out and production
  • Ensure compliance with power efficiency and thermal constraints
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables across design phases
  • Oversee simulation, verification, and validation processes
  • Work closely with foundries and external partners
  • Troubleshoot complex circuit and signal integrity issues
  • Optimize designs for yield, reliability, and manufacturability
  • Maintain alignment with data center infrastructure requirements
  • Support post-silicon validation and debug activities
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for integration into future designs
  • Provide technical guidance during design reviews
  • Ensure adherence to quality and documentation standards
  • Coordinate with packaging and test engineering teams
  • Lead power delivery and clocking architecture development
  • Drive improvements in design methodology and tools
  • Mentor engineers and support professional development
  • Interface with product and program management stakeholders
