The Cigna Group is hiring a Select Presale Quality Review Technical Coach to facilitate Training and Development programs within our U500 Presale and Quality organization. In this role, you will support business improvements through coaching and partner with the Presale Enablement team to achieve positive results.
What You'll Do
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and procedures, eliminating rework and reducing productivity variations.
- Coordinate and maintain current policies, best practices, and documentation accuracy.
- Provide side-by-side support using training or coaching to reinforce classroom learnings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in Learning and pursue opportunities for self-directed development.
- Assist in teaching and developing learners to prioritize the client and efficiently perform technical job aspects.
- Partner with managers to identify technical coaching needs.
- Support annual training programs including contingent worker training, new hire classes, and annual refreshers.
- Drive high quality performance through analysis of results and deliver individual and team coaching to reduce errors.
- Work with business partners to deliver timely, consistent technical issue resolution and proactively identify solutions to improve team proficiency.

Team & Environment
This role is part of the Presale Enablement team within U500 Presale and Quality and reports to a Presale Enablement Improvement Manager.
