Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG is building its network of independent HR Business Experts. We are looking for self-employed partners—freelance recruiters, coaches, and trainers—who want to shape their professional life more independently while operating under an established, sympathetic brand with comprehensive support services.
What You'll Do
- Work as a self-employed partner (Personalberater/Coach/Trainer) within our nationwide network.
- Consult with clients, coach or train individuals, and place candidates.
- Potentially collaborate on and contribute to existing projects within the network through a profit-share model.
What We're Looking For
- You are a seasoned (leadership) personality with a desire for greater professional independence.
- You are a good communicator and listener who can read between the lines and reliably recognize people's potential and strengths.
- You have the financial backing required for the start-up phase of your self-employed activity.
- You enjoy working from a home office.
Nice to Have
- You have leadership experience and initial experience as a recruiter, coach, or trainer.
- You have had customer contact in the past and can convince.
- You are already working freelance but miss colleague exchange and support.
- You are currently working as a recruiter in an organization but are dissatisfied and seeking a change.
