Montage International is looking for a Security Officer II to join our Safety and Security team. In this role, you will perform the daily tasks of the department to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and associates, working to achieve our departmental goals and the resort's mission.
What You'll Do
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols throughout the Resort, checking for unsecured doors, trespassers, and safety hazards.
- Respond to all guest and associate calls, making emergencies a top priority.
- Proactively assist guests while looking for opportunities to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain the security office and fire panel.
- Draft incident reports and ensure all record logs, including key logs and lost and found, are current via daily audits.
- Ensure daily shift logs and pass-down logs are complete.
- View CCTV monitors and maintain constant surveillance of grounds.
- Answer phones and dispatch calls.
- Conduct associate safety training and report or resolve safety hazards daily.
- Respond to, communicate, follow up, and provide updates on all incidents.
- Maintain full knowledge of the Resort’s daily activities to provide a professional security presence focused on customer service.
- Receive and communicate all information from daily briefings.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Other life-saving certifications, such as ACLS.
- Other security-related certifications, such as Remote Pilot.
- Luxury hotel experience.
