intive is looking for a Security Integration Engineer to integrate security patches and new features from Google and Qualcomm for Android-based products. You'll join a diverse team of approximately 2000 professionals across four continents, driving innovation within intive’s technology hubs across Automotive & Mobility, Commerce, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Technology, Media & Communication.
What You'll Do
- Integrate vulnerability fixes published in the monthly Android security bulletin (ASB), Qualcomm security bulletins (QSB), and Qualcomm releases (AMSS upgrades), and submit to the quality assurance team for testing.
- Debug and isolate patches causing regressions reported by QA on the security, master, and release branches.
- Track integration time per each ASB for two products and target integration completion within ten calendar days of the ASB preview published date.
- Enhance project tools written in Python as required.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience with Android security at various system levels.
- Solid understanding of the Android platform stack and Android security concepts.
- Experience in C/C++ development for embedded systems.
- Debugging skills with embedded tools and scripting language (Python).
- Hands-on experience and understanding of the Linux kernel and Android architecture.
- Proficiency with Git source code control.
