Responsibilities
- Take a central role in designing, deploying, and operating security tooling and data infrastructure, covering log source integration, detection logic development, alert optimization, and data pipeline management across IT and operational technology environments.
- Assist in designing and sustaining the security data platform by overseeing the ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and routing of security telemetry from endpoints, network devices, cloud platforms, industrial control systems, and physical security tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations between security technologies and data systems, including endpoint detection and response, vulnerability scanners, security orchestration platforms, cloud access security brokers, and identity services.
- Integrate security safeguards and review procedures into software development workflows, covering CI/CD pipeline protection, secrets handling, software artifact integrity checks, and security-focused code reviews.
- Create and sustain automated systems for collecting, standardizing, and validating security data from a variety of source types to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Work closely with network, infrastructure, and IT teams to verify that security monitoring is fully implemented and accurate across all company environments, including multi-location data centers.
