What You'll Do
- Design and deploy automated solutions that detect, respond to, and prevent security incidents across systems and services.
- Investigate emerging security challenges and share insights through internal documentation and public blog posts.
- Take part in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent security events when they occur.
- Apply adversarial thinking to build stronger defenses, simulating real-world attack patterns to test system resilience.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, preferably within SaaS or cloud-based environments.
- Proven ability to write scripts or tools in languages such as Python, Go, or Node.js to automate security workflows.
- Skill in evaluating security risks with attention to both technical reachability and business consequences.
- Experience contributing to security initiatives in fast-moving organizations where trade-offs are common and ownership is distributed.
- Curiosity about security philosophy and a willingness to question assumptions to drive better outcomes.
- Comfort experimenting with new approaches in an environment with minimal red tape.
