Responsibilities
- Design and deploy comprehensive security architectures spanning blockchain systems, artificial intelligence workloads, containerized environments, and cloud platforms.
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic security roadmap aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage identity and access control frameworks, incorporating secure secrets handling, virtual private networks, and Zero Trust models.
- Define and maintain security perimeters with enforced controls for workload separation, access limitations, and data safeguarding.
- Create and manage secure AWS cloud infrastructure with strict adherence to least-privilege access principles.
- Implement security policies within Kubernetes environments, including Pod Security Standards, network segmentation, and workload isolation techniques.
- Develop incident response protocols, monitoring systems, and alerting infrastructure tailored to blockchain, AI, and cloud operations.
- Perform routine security evaluations, penetration testing, and threat modeling to assess system robustness.
- Partner with blockchain developers, AI specialists, DevOps teams, and business units to integrate security throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
- Monitor advancements in security standards, tools, and threats specific to blockchain, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in information security, including at least 5 years in a security architecture capacity.
- Demonstrated experience designing security frameworks for cloud platforms, blockchain networks, AI/ML systems, and distributed architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with expertise in identity management, audit trails, monitoring, and privilege minimization.
- Strong grasp of blockchain security fundamentals, including node validation safeguards, consensus protocols, and cryptographic key handling.
- Solid foundation in cryptographic methods, public key infrastructure, zero-knowledge proofs, and secure implementation practices.
- Extensive background in securing Kubernetes and containerized environments, including pod policies, network segmentation, and admission controllers.
- Proven track record in protecting CI/CD pipelines and software supply chains through vulnerability detection, artifact signing, and code integrity checks.
- Experience with observability and incident response tools such as Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
- Hands-on experience securing AI and machine learning systems, including model protection, data privacy, GPU isolation, and inference security.
- Proficient in writing automation scripts and security integrations using Python, Go, or Rust.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related information security field.
