Serve as a coach and leader, empowering teams to meet their goals and deliver valuable outcomes.
Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Champion Agile principles, values, and effective practices across teams and stakeholders.
Assist Product Owners with managing, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog.
Cultivate an environment rooted in teamwork, openness, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement.
Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams and business leaders in a global setting.
Contribute to Agile transformation efforts and support the growth of Agile maturity across the organization.

3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in international or large-scale corporate environments.
Certification as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I required, PSM II preferred) or equivalent (e.g., CSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
Hold a SAFe Agilist or similar SAFe certification, with hands-on experience in scaled Agile frameworks.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
Experience working with distributed, multicultural, and cross-functional teams across time zones.
Demonstrated ability to coach teams, lead workshops, and promote Agile adoption.
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
Capable of influencing others without formal authority and building trust across all levels.
