We are looking for skilled SAP TM Technical Consultants to join our team in India, bringing deep technical knowledge in SAP Transportation Management. In this role, you'll design and build custom solutions using ABAP, BOPF, FPM, and SAP UI5/Fiori, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance technical components within SAP TM, including interfaces, reports, and custom logic using modern ABAP and CDS technologies.
- Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable, efficient technical designs.
- Integrate SAP TM with backend systems such as S/4HANA, ERP, EWM, GTS, and integration platforms like PI/PO or CPI.
- Lead debugging, performance tuning, and support activities across development, testing, and production environments.
- Guide junior developers in coding standards, transport procedures, and documentation practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have at least seven years of hands-on experience in SAP TM development with a strong focus on BOPF, FPM, and FBI frameworks. Proven involvement in two or more full-cycle SAP TM implementations is essential.
Required technical competencies include OO ABAP, Core ABAP, CDS views, and OData services. Familiarity with POWL, BRF+, BADIs, enhancements, process control strategies, output management, and database concepts is preferred. Experience with SAP Event Management or BN4L is a valuable asset.
