About the Role
Lead the design and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices in HR systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of Employee Central modules
- Configure system settings based on client business processes
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze HR requirements
- Develop and execute test plans for system validation
- Support data migration activities from legacy systems
- Integrate Employee Central with other SAP and third-party systems
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for HR data structures
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and post-go-live
- Lead workshops and training sessions for client teams
- Document system configurations and solution designs
- Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Assist in resolving client escalation points
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors updates
- Support payroll and time management integrations
- Configure organizational structures and job classifications
- Validate system behavior against business rules
- Prepare go-live readiness assessments
- Deliver post-implementation support and optimization
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or reporting tools
- Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules such as Payroll or Time & Attendance
- Experience in agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Prior work with multinational organizations
- Knowledge of German-speaking markets is a plus
