What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead and support consulting engagements centered on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations for organizations across Germany. You'll take ownership of gathering client requirements, documenting business processes, and configuring tailored solutions that align with client needs.
You'll work through the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis to final deployment, ensuring smooth integration and adoption. Collaboration with stakeholders is key—you'll guide clients in optimizing their compensation processes and applying industry best practices.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on consulting or project experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- Proven expertise in German payroll systems and processes
- Thorough understanding of SF Compensation customization and implementation workflows
- Strong analytical abilities, client focus, and a practical, solution-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in German at B2 level or higher
- Proficiency in English is advantageous for cross-border collaboration
