Kyndryl is hiring an SAP SPM Data Integration Developer to support our SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SPM) application and its connections to external data sources. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and update existing SAP solutions while developing new integration requirements.
What You'll Do
- Act as a developer for integrations within the implementation of SAP SPM, MDG, BW, Workday, and CIS.
- Develop and support data integrations between SAP SPM (HANA) and external source/target applications, both SAP and non-SAP.
- Drive solution design, implementation, and deployment in partnership with our Business team.
- Partner with SAP solution architects, consultants, and Kyndryl end-users to determine, estimate, and document technical requirements.
- Perform hands-on development and oversight of integrations.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and update the customized parts of the existing SAP solution.
- Develop work on new requirements from our business team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with technical adapters such as HTTP_AAE, IDoc_AAE, RFC, SOAP, SFTP, REST, and AS2.
- Technical integration experience on both SAP and non-SAP systems using these adapters.
- Experience in building encryption/decryption techniques for data transmission between upstream and downstream systems.
- Knowledge and experience with building stored procedures (SQL Script, HANA database) and data tables.
- Experience with MS Power Shell scripting.
- Operational experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
Nice to Have
- Understanding and experience with SAP Sales Performance Management, SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI), Datasphere, and Azure.
- Deep knowledge and experience with Data Provisioning Agent and APIs.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI tools (mapping tools/editors) and different mapping styles (Graphical Mapping, Java Mapping, XSLT Mapping).
