Responsibilities
- Maintain and support SAP Finance modules including FI and CO components
- Diagnose and resolve system issues related to financial transactions and reporting
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow
- Implement configuration changes in line with business requirements
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Troubleshoot integration points between SAP and other systems
- Document system configurations and process workflows
- Assist in testing upgrades, patches, and system changes
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit standards
- Provide user support and training for SAP finance functions
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Participate in project implementations and system enhancements
- Validate master data accuracy in financial modules
- Assist with security role design and access management
- Work with external vendors and consultants when needed
- Support migration activities during system transitions
- Analyze financial reports for data consistency
- Enforce standard operating procedures for SAP usage
- Coordinate with global teams on shared processes
- Respond to urgent production issues as required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP finance updates
- Assist in root cause analysis for recurring problems
