Design, build, and optimize cloud-based enterprise solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform to extend and enhance SAP landscapes. Drive digital transformation by integrating systems across cloud and on-premise environments and collaborating with global stakeholders in the Mobility Aftermarket business division.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and rollout of digital initiatives on SAP BTP, including system integrations, eCommerce platforms, and AI-driven applications.
- Engage with business units to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Support data collection, preprocessing, and annotation activities while following company policies and IT security standards.
- Gain proficiency in system integration technologies such as API and EDI protocols.
- Contribute to designing and implementing integration architectures and data models between cloud systems (e-commerce, middleware, external customer platforms) and core backend systems (ERP or non-ERP on-premise).
- Take part in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to foster collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
- Maintain and update project management tools including Jira, Docupedia, and TEAMS channels.
Requirements
- Familiarity with API design and development, particularly within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain, including market-standard technical approaches.
- Minimum of five years of experience designing APIs related to O2C or other business processes.
- Proficiency with API testing and verification tools such as Postman and Swagger is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of SAP O2C processes in R/3 and S/4 environments, with expertise in order entry enhancements like API-based ordering, pricing, scheduling, ATP, and copy control.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile frameworks.
- Extensive experience working in agile project environments.
- Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Docupedia, and HP ALM.
- Strong capability in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Experience with automated testing in project implementations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement solutions on SAP BTP and integrate them with other systems.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for customer-facing front-end applications.
- Experience designing UI/UX for products used by internal and external customers, including delivery of UI mockups.
- Expertise in using UI design tools such as Figma.
- Experience in mobility-focused UI/UX design is beneficial.
- Strong interest and aptitude in software design and development.
- Knowledge of system architecture with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like MS Azure, SAP Cloud, or AWS.
- Awareness of cloud-based data security concepts is a plus.
- Understanding of popular AI tools in the market such as ChatGPT and Brad; experience in prompt engineering or prompt optimization is advantageous.
- Analytical skills using tools such as Power BI, KNIME, and Python.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SAP O2C or any end-to-end process chain.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Cloud.
- Proven background in Agile project management.
- Prior role as a Solution Manager or Product Owner.
