Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of SAP platforms including ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP RISE
- Manage user access and role assignments across SAP for Me, S/4HANA, and related systems
- Assist in handling transport requests for multiple clients
- Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, logs, dumps, and key metrics
- Carry out foundational configuration tasks for both on-premise and cloud-based systems in line with compliance and best practices
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to RFC connections, background processing, and printing subsystems
- Maintain documentation for technical procedures, incidents, changes, and operational standards to support team knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP project rollouts, upgrades, and integrations
