Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers
- Drive ABAP OO development and modern SAP solutions
- Support projects in SAP HANA, Fiori/UI5, RAP, and SAP BTP (experience with new technologies is a plus)
- Promote agile practices, best practices, and the Clean Core approach across SAP initiatives
Requirements
- Strong ABAP Object-Oriented programming skills
- Proven experience leading SAP development teams
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, UI5/Fiori, or SAP BTP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with new technologies such as SAP BTP, RAP, Fiori/UI5
