About the Role
The individual will design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical functionality and improve platform performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Salesforce applications using best practices
- Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements
- Customize Salesforce environments to meet organizational needs
- Write Apex code and develop Lightning components
- Support integration between Salesforce and external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in a timely manner
- Maintain data integrity and security across Salesforce instances
- Participate in testing and validation of new features
- Document technical specifications and system changes
- Optimize performance of Salesforce configurations
- Assist in user training and support documentation
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features
- Implement automation using workflows, flows, and process builders
- Manage version control and deployment processes
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies
Nice to Have
- Advanced Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of DevOps practices in Salesforce context
