About the Role
The role involves developing and supporting Salesforce-based solutions, writing Apex code, configuring Lightning components, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient functionality across the organization’s CRM ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Lightning components
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware
- Support data migration and ETL processes within Salesforce
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in development and production
- Collaborate with business analysts to interpret functional requirements
- Ensure data integrity and security across Salesforce environments
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Write technical documentation for developed solutions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
- Optimize performance of custom applications and reports
- Maintain Salesforce org health and technical debt
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and features
- Participate in agile planning and sprint execution
- Support user acceptance testing and validation
- Configure workflows, process builders, and approval processes
- Administer user roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Assist in Salesforce release management and sandbox strategy
- Monitor system limits and governor constraints
- Apply security standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end solutions
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge
- Use version control systems like Git for code management
- Support audit and compliance initiatives as needed
