Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to support business processes including quoting, pricing, approvals, and product configurations.
- Analyze existing CPQ processes and recommend improvements to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Build and manage CPQ product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, lookup tables, quote templates, and approval workflows.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity and system reliability by developing test plans and conducting regular audits.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all configurations and processes.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to empower our end-users.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to integrate CPQ with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, billing, e-signature).
- Stay current with Salesforce CPQ best practices, updates, and releases.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick).
- Strong understanding of CPQ concepts such as product configuration, pricing models, discounting, and quoting.
- Proven experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud in particular), including custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Flow, with basic knowledge of APEX and LWC preferred.
- Ability to create complex CPQ rules: Price Rules, Product Rules, Summary Variables, Configuration Attributes, etc.
- Experience with integrated CLM tools (e.g., DocuSign, Conga, Ironclad).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification required.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder and Advanced Admin Certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS pricing models.
- Experience with multi-currency and multi-language Salesforce orgs.
