About the Role

The consultant will support quality assurance processes within Salesforce environments, focusing on test planning, execution, and issue resolution to maintain high standards of performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test cases for Salesforce applications
• Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements
• Execute manual and automated test procedures
• Document defects and track resolution progress
• Ensure compliance with defined quality standards
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings
• Validate system changes in sandbox and production environments
• Support user acceptance testing coordination
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases
• Provide feedback on product usability and functionality
• Assist in creating QA documentation and best practices
• Monitor test coverage and improve testing efficiency
• Report on QA metrics and testing outcomes
• Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce configurations
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders
• Verify data integrity during migrations and updates
• Conduct regression testing after deployments
• Evaluate security settings and access controls
• Test integrations with third-party systems
• Ensure mobile functionality meets specifications
• Review change sets before deployment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Validate Salesforce Lightning upgrades
• Assist in performance testing scenarios
• Promote quality-first mindset across teams

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
