Solenis is seeking an on-site Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team in pulp and paper applications. In this role, you will focus on delivering customer value through effective program management.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for pulp and paper mill operations, ensuring safe, economical, and effective chemical and equipment use.
- Collaborate closely with sales management to monitor and execute chemical programs.
- Conduct testing at customer accounts to verify the safety and performance of treatment programs.
- Proactively address concerns and work with sales management and customer teams to develop corrective strategies.
- Analyze data to evaluate program performance and support decision-making for improvements.
- Communicate and present Solenis services, process improvements, trial reports, and related information.
- Provide training to support trials involving new equipment or chemicals.
What We're Looking For
- A Science or Technical Degree, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience in pulp and paper mill operations.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and managing multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Documented results in making process improvements and solving complex technical problems.
- Ability to work with autonomy.
- A valid Driver's License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Competitive compensation ranging from $57,000.00 to $95,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
