About the Role
The individual in this role will identify new sales opportunities, manage existing accounts, and execute strategies to grow brand presence within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in North Florida
- Build and maintain relationships with retail and distribution partners
- Conduct regular in-person visits to stores and accounts
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and placement terms
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability
- Submit accurate sales reports and activity summaries
- Track sales performance against set goals
- Represent the brand at industry events and tastings
- Communicate market feedback to internal teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards at point of sale
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with retailers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings
- Stay informed about competitor activity and market trends
- Support merchandising and product displays
- Work independently while adhering to company guidelines
- Manage time efficiently across a large geographic area
- Use mobile tools for route planning and reporting
- Adapt strategies based on regional market dynamics
- Promote responsible product representation
- Follow up on leads and sales follow-through
- Assist in forecasting regional demand
- Collaborate with marketing for local initiatives
- Uphold brand integrity in all customer interactions
- Maintain professionalism in all business dealings
