We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative / Business Developer to develop OOOVATION in Italy, either from our headquarters in Yssingeaux (France) or directly from Italy. At OOOVATION, we are not looking for people who simply execute tasks. We are looking for builders. ACT NOW OR NEVER Tasks As our Sales Representative Italy, your mission will be to develop OOOVATION’s business on the Italian market. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and prospecting new clients across Italy Developing and managing a portfolio of B2B customers Building relationships with sports organizations, companies, institutions and event organizers Managing the full sales cycle: Prospecting Customer meetings Quotations Negotiation Closing deals Conducting meetings remotely and on-site Participating in trade shows, sporting events and networking opportunities Developing partnerships and increasing OOOVATION’s visibility in Italy Monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities Working closely with our internal team to ensure customer satisfaction Contributing to the long-term development of OOOVATION in Italy This position offers strong growth opportunities and the possibility to evolve toward a Country Manager role as the market develops. Requirements At OOOVATION, we believe attitude matters more than diplomas. We care much more about your motivation, determination and willingness to succeed than the name of your school or the number of degrees on your CV. You can learn a product. You can learn a market. You can learn sales techniques. But ambition, discipline and resilience are much harder to teach. We are looking for someone who: Is ambitious and results-driven Enjoys challenges and business development Is autonomous, proactive and organized Has strong communication and relationship-building skills Is comfortable with prospecting and client interactions Wants to grow within a fast-growing company Thinks solutions first instead of problems first Requirements: Native or fluent Italian mandatory Professional English required French is a plus Previous B2B sales experience is appreciated Experience in sports, events or premium/custom products is a plus Driving license required We are not looking for perfect CVs.
