About the Role

Nitrado (marbis GmbH) is seeking Sales Professionals for Airfreight/Seafreight (m/w/d) to join our international logistics and supply chain team. We are filling multiple roles where you will drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships in the dynamic freight industry.

What You'll Do

  • Inside Sales Executive (m/w/d) - Frankfurt am Main: Support the sales team in achieving targets, calculate offers, assist in contract negotiations, maintain customer relationships, and optimize sales activities.
  • (Senior) Sales Executive (m/w/d): Acquire new customers, expand existing customer relationships, negotiate terms, present product solutions, and collaborate with international partners.
  • Teamlead Airfreight Sales (m/w/d): Lead and motivate a dedicated Airfreight Sales team, acquire new customers, lead negotiations, present innovative solutions, and analyze market trends to develop optimization strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder (Speditionskaufmann/frau) or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in sales of logistics solutions, specifically in seafreight or airfreight.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written.
