Transcosmos is looking for a Sales (m/w/d) im Außendienst-Verkauf to build and actively shape the growth of our sales channel for fixed-price website solutions tailored to Swiss craft businesses. You will work as an independent sales partner on a commission basis within a young founding team.
What You'll Do
- Contact potential new customers by phone using a carefully prepared lead list with individual website assessments.
- Independently schedule appointments and conduct personal sales meetings on-site.
- Present our offer clearly and convincingly using the provided sales framework.
- Accompany interested parties from initial contact through to contract signing.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience OR strong communication skills with drive.
- Reliable, honest, direct, and ambitious personality.
- Ability to speak Swiss German or High German and understand SME customers.
- Ownership of a car and mobility for on-site meetings.
- A preference for direct earnings per deal over a fixed employment position.
