GQS GmbH is looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) for laboratory equipment to lead sales of high-quality laboratory centrifuges for bioscience applications. You will serve the German-speaking market (DACH), blending technical understanding with consultative skills to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
What You'll Do
- Actively drive sales of laboratory equipment across the German-speaking region (DACH).
- Support and expand a diverse customer base, including industrial companies, research institutions, universities, and external laboratories.
- Provide individual consultation and develop tailored solutions for specific client requirements.
- Create, negotiate, and follow up on offers through to successful contract conclusion.
- Participate in trade fairs, scientific conferences, and industry events.
- Conduct market and competitor observation to strategically develop sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- A completed apprenticeship or degree in a scientific, technical, or commercial field.
- Negotiation-secure German and good spoken and written English skills.
- An independent and structured way of working.
- Strong communication skills, consulting competence, and enthusiasm for technical solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales, ideally within the environment of laboratory equipment, life sciences, or technical products.
