Technica Engineering GmbH is seeking a Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/d) for our Products Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence across the EMEA region by managing named accounts and pursuing all other accounts within specified countries, focusing on both off-the-shelf and customized products and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential clients, prospect, conduct sales meetings, negotiate, close opportunities, and maintain a CRM database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work towards achieving specific, individual sales quotas and goals.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Assist with market research to identify trends, competitors, and new product opportunities.
- Work with marketing, product management, and sales teams to align sales and product strategies.
- Prepare sales reports for EMEA sales management and monitor performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Technology, Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Other degrees or education can be considered with 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze local market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Technical knowledge of Ethernet/Automotive Ethernet and other transportation-related technologies like SerDes, CAN, and LIN.
- Understanding of complex electronics systems and their test and validation in automotive settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations.
- Fluency in German or French (based on location) and English.
- High motivation, resilience, persuasion, and the ability to work independently.
- Openness to travel up to 70% of work time to customer sites across the EMEA region.

- Additional languages, such as Italian or Spanish, are beneficial but not mandatory.
