Gebrüder Weiss, a global transport and logistics leader, seeks an Inside Sales / Back Office Staff member to support our key account customers for a leading parcel service provider. You will be the central point of contact for our major clients, ensuring seamless service while providing vital administrative and analytical support to the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Act as the dedicated contact for our key account customers, addressing their requests and concerns.
- Prepare presentations and statistical reports for internal and external use.
- Provide professional administrative support to the external sales team.
- Create offers, manage pricing, and handle tariff administration.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing and customer database management.
What We're Looking For
- A completed commercial education (e.g., AHS/HASCH/HAK/HLW).
- Proficient English skills and strong knowledge of MS-Office.
- Service-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Enjoyment of telephone-based customer consultation and collaborative teamwork.
- An independent and conscientious approach to your work.
- Openness to new professional challenges within the parcel logistics industry.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is advantageous.
