Lids is looking for a Sales Help retail associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience by fostering a passion for our sporting and fashion goods. You will serve as a product expert while maintaining our store's presentation and standards.
What You'll Do
- Achieve revenue growth through outstanding customer service.
- Meet or exceed individual company goals and statistics.
- Perform store maintenance according to visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance as defined by the dress code.
- Protect company assets within the established retail guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management, including processing shipments and returns.
- Assist in the accurate and timely counting of products.
- Support and follow all LIDS retail policies, procedures, and principles.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and operate a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
- Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation starts at the local minimum wage with potential for up to 10% more based on experience.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at 5239 - Parkdale Mall.
