Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and channel teams to deliver hands-on technical support during pre-sales cycles.
- Evaluate and validate technical fit for potential clients and partners through proof of value assessments.
- Develop post-evaluation Security Assessment Reports for client review and decision-making.
- Support client adoption and internal advocacy to transition proof of value engagements into paid contracts.
- Coordinate with internal Product Management and Engineering teams to gather up-to-date forensic data for reporting.
- Act as the technical bridge between customers, partners, and corporate teams for issue resolution and requirements gathering.
- Collaborate with sales to meet and surpass quarterly revenue goals.
- Continuously analyze and report on regional market trends and competitive landscape developments.
- Support regional marketing initiatives as needed and appropriate.
