CrowdStrike is looking for a Sales Engineer to manage technical sales support for our cybersecurity platform. In this remote role based in Thailand, you will focus on high-touch pre-sales technical activities, Proof of Value evaluations, and post-sales assistance, working in close collaboration with sales teams and partners to drive revenue conversion.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners with high-touch pre-sales technical activity.
- Technically qualify opportunities and Proof of Value evaluations with end-user accounts and partners.
- Create Security Assessment Reports for end-users post-POV evaluation.
- Help drive end-user acceptance and buy-in for POV conversion to revenue.
- Work with Corporate PM and Engineering to capture latest forensic information and details for Assessment Reports.
- Liaise between partner/customers and corporate headquarters for technical issues and requirements.
- Achieve and aim to exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets in conjunction with sales teams.
- Monitor, assess and report on a continual basis, the competitive situation and market development in the region.
- Help with marketing activities as proper in region.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in the cybersecurity industry.
- Presales experience and excellent technical knowledge within networking and/or security.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Endpoint Protection space.
- Familiarity with various hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, common malware families, and Anti-Virus / IDS / IPS evasion techniques.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions.
- Troubleshooting skills and experience.
- Able to create excellent relationships with customers and internally across internal teams.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to be challenged and a strong desire to learn.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including senior executives.
- Exceptional written communication and ability to articulate business benefits and technical advantages.

- Security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or CEH.

- Email Flow: Exchange / Domino, Cloud Solutions, AV and Anti-SPAM products.
- SOC Operations: IT Process Automation / Orchestration.
- Threat Intelligence: Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI).
- Public Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- DevOps, shift-left security and microservices (Container/K8s).
- Identity-based attacks and threats.

You will collaborate with sales teams, partners, Corporate PM, Engineering, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services.

This is a fully remote position for a candidate located in Thailand.
