Stardog is hiring a Sales Engineer to join our pre-sales team. In this role, you will be a critical technical partner to our sales organization, focusing on the US West region. You will architect solutions, lead product demonstrations, and translate complex business needs into clear technical value.
What You'll Do
- Partner with sales executives to understand prospect requirements and craft compelling technical narratives
- Deliver expert product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
- Translate technical features into tangible business benefits
- Address technical objections and build trusted advisor relationships
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consultant role
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
- Experience with enterprise software sales cycles and technical proof-of-value processes
- Residence in the US West region with ability to travel as needed
- Self-motivated with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
