About the Role
The individual will collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during client engagements, design solution architectures, and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
Responsibilities
- Collide with sales teams to develop technical strategies for client opportunities
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations
- Translate customer business challenges into technical requirements
- Support the development of solution proposals and responses to RFPs
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients
- Design integration approaches for platform deployment
- Articulate product capabilities in alignment with customer goals
- Troubleshoot technical obstacles during pre-sales cycles
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and roadmap
- Collaborate with product teams to share client feedback
- Assist in defining data models and personalization logic
- Present technical content to diverse audiences including executives and IT stakeholders
- Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards
- Work across time zones to support global client engagements
- Document technical designs and implementation plans
- Participate in sales training on technical topics
- Evaluate customer environments for compatibility with platform requirements
- Support negotiation phases with technical clarifications
- Coordinate with delivery teams during handoff to post-sales
- Monitor industry trends related to digital personalization and customer experience

- Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
