Mastercard is looking for a Sales Engineer to join its Dynamic Yield team. In this presales role, you will be the trusted advisor driving all aspects of the technical sales process, from leading product demonstrations to providing critical implementation input.
What You'll Do
- Deliver technical and product presentations and demonstrations that showcase platform value.
- Write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to power sales demos and related activities.
- Leverage REST APIs using tools like POSTMAN to demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Communicate highly technical concepts to audiences from engineers to executive decision-makers.
- Write answers and be accountable for complex RFPs and security questionnaires.
- Support Sales Directors with product and technical knowledge when pitching to large commerce companies.
- Develop miscellaneous coding projects that support sales cycles and Proofs-of-Concept.
- Work cross-functionally between teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of technical client-facing experience in digital marketing or eCommerce solutions, combined with a SaaS product environment.
- Intermediate-level development knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- World-class written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and relate technical explanations back to business value.
- Comfort working day-to-day with cloud-based workflow tools like Salesforce, Google Apps, and Slack.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
