Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their data infrastructure and challenges
- Deliver live product demonstrations tailored to customer-specific requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to craft technical proposals and responses
- Translate customer needs into technical configurations and implementation plans
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and trial integrations
- Provide feedback from client interactions to product development teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data technologies and competitive landscape
- Assist in defining data-related use cases and success metrics
- Troubleshoot technical obstacles during pre-sales evaluations
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff to post-sales implementation
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience working with AI or machine learning data pipelines
