Sanity is hiring a Sales Development Representative - Outbound (Europe)

About the Role

This role involves driving outbound sales efforts by initiating meaningful conversations with prospects, deeply understanding a unique content platform, and shaping go-to-market strategies through direct feedback and disciplined use of sales tools.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of your sales pipeline from the first day.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision-makers facing relevant challenges.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance leads to grow a consistent and reliable pipeline.
  • Develop deep understanding of the platform’s value proposition and target audience.
  • Communicate a novel approach to content management that treats content as structured data for AI and team workflows.
  • Master the product and articulate its benefits in ways that resonate with both technical developers and business executives.
  • Play an active role in strategic discussions and contribute insights from the field.
  • This is not a high-volume calling role; your input directly influences sales messaging, marketing strategy, and product direction.
  • Provide actionable feedback to marketing, ensure smooth handoffs to sales teams, and inform leadership decisions.
  • Your field insights are valued and used to refine company-wide initiatives.
  • Commit to mastering the craft of modern sales development.
  • Become highly proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and related tools to execute efficient and scalable outreach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, recognizing that strong data practices define top-tier performance.

  • Contribute to building scalable sales frameworks as the team evolves.
