INCA – Insurance Core Automation is looking for a Sales Consultant (m/w/d) to drive the sales of our consultative SaaS and Cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the full B2B sales cycle, building sustainable customer relationships in a technology-driven environment with a start-up mentality.
What You'll Do
- Perform active B2B sales of complex, consultative SaaS and security solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Advise prospects as a partner, understand their challenges, and develop suitable solution concepts.
- Build and nurture sustainable customer relationships.
- Organize your work independently in a remote setting with a willingness to travel approximately 6-10 days per month for customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with complex, consultative solutions.
- A genuine interest in technology and the ability to translate customer needs into suitable solutions.
- Confident communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Personal initiative, strong negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor when speaking with decision-makers.

- Experience in the fields of cybersecurity, IT security, or managed services.

Work Mode
